Manage RFP source information

Keep the buyer's documents and your analysis together in the RFP workspace.

Keep the buyer's documents and your analysis together in the RFP workspace. Confirm extracted information before making a bid decision or generating a proposal.

Find an RFP

Open RFPs, use Search RFPs to find the opportunity and inspect its current status and deadline. Open the item to review its Overview, Documents and Requirements tabs. A missing or assumed deadline needs checking against the buyer's notice.

Add and analyze documents

Select Upload RFP to add a new RFP with its narrative documents and relevant attachments. After processing, review the extracted title, client, deadline and value. In an existing RFP, use Add Document for additional material and review the resulting analysis or amendment information.

Decide what to do next

Inspect Requirements and the response structure, then use the Go / No-Go and Intelligence tabs to examine fit and evidence gaps. A recommendation is an input to your decision, not confirmation that every mandatory condition is met. Record the rationale and unresolved conditions before starting a proposal.
