Review requirements and coverage

Review the extracted requirement list before writing the response.

Review the extracted requirement list before writing the response. Trace mandatory obligations back to the buyer's wording and identify who will provide the evidence.

Inspect the RFP requirements

  1. Open the RFP and select the Requirements tab.
  2. Use Search requirements to find a subject or phrase.
  3. Filter mandatory and optional items as needed.
  4. Compare each requirement, section and priority with the original document.

An empty list means requirements were not extracted; it does not prove the buyer has none. Check analysis and source documents before proceeding.

Review coverage in the proposal

Open the proposal and select the Requirements tab to inspect coverage and assign ownership where available. Follow the relevant section or evidence to verify how a requirement is answered. Distinguish a complete, supported answer from partial or missing coverage. A matching phrase is not sufficient if a mandatory qualification or document is absent.

Resolve gaps before export

Add the missing evidence or revise the response, then review the updated coverage. The compliance-matrix export and document export can surface submission or quality blockers. Read those findings and compare them with the source requirement before deciding whether any permitted acknowledgment is appropriate.
