A worked example. A 2-person proposal team fits Solo at $149 a month, which allows up to 2 users. A team of three to 5 fits Starter at $399 a month, with 5 users included. A single tender can also be assessed without a subscription: the Bid Intelligence Report is a one-time $1,500 service. Every account also gets 1 full Bid Intelligence report a month free; the Intelligence add-on, at $499 a month ($399 billed annually), makes them unlimited on any plan, and is included with Enterprise.

What drives the price

  1. Seats. Most tools price per user or per seat bundle. Count everyone who writes, reviews or approves, not just the proposal manager.
  2. Quote or list price. Quote-based tools negotiate each contract, which is why third-party purchase data shows wide ranges for the same product.
  3. What is included. Response automation, content libraries and procurement market intelligence are sold separately by some vendors and bundled by others. Compare what each tier actually includes.
  4. Currency. Several vendors price in US dollars, so the Canadian cost moves with the exchange rate.
