Sign-in and access control
Members sign in with email and password, or through SAML single sign-on where an Enterprise pilot has set it up. For privileged roles, multi-factor authentication is required to sign in to the web application, and again before privileged actions such as team, token and administration changes. The privileged roles are administrator, manager and proposal lead, and an organization can require multi-factor authentication for every member.
SAML single sign-on is available on request for Enterprise as an assisted pilot: we register your identity provider and the people it may sign in. It is not a self-serve feature today. Talk to us about your identity provider and rollout timing before you sign.
