Calendar feed (ICS)

API tokens

API tokens

Create a scoped pf_ token, set an expiry, and revoke it whenever you like.

The data export API accepts those tokens today: POST /api/export, which queues an export of your proposals, RFPs, assets and templates and returns a job id. Poll GET /api/export/{id} until it is ready, then download the file from the link it gives you; the link lasts an hour and the file is kept for seven days. One type at a time comes as JSON or CSV; an export of everything at once is JSON only. Every other endpoint is authenticated by your signed-in session, so it is reachable from the app rather than from a script. A complete archive, with every uploaded file, a Word copy of every proposal and every record, is requested from Settings by an administrator.
