Generate a draft from the RFP, configured sections and selected evidence. Review the output as working text that still needs factual and compliance checks.
Prepare useful inputs
Verify the RFP's requirements and evaluation criteria. Choose relevant approved assets or capability records, check the selected team and pricing inputs, and remove material that does not support this response. Review each section's purpose and instructions. Missing approved evidence can block a section instead of producing a supported answer.
Generate the proposal
Work through the configuration steps to Review, then select Generate Proposal. Wait for the result and inspect the generated, failed, blocked and needs-attention sections. The completion screen shows Proposal Generated! for a complete draft and Generation did not complete when no sections were written; partial generation is reported with a count of sections that need attention. Open the proposal workspace even when some sections failed, because the proposal may already exist.
Generate or revise a section
Open the relevant section and select Generate with AI, which an empty or failed section shows. In the dialog, set Tone, Target Word Count and Formatting Style, and give specific instructions about the requirement and evidence to use in Custom Instructions (Optional). Then select Generate Section. After generation, compare names, numbers, dates and commitments with their sources. Preserve important edits before regenerating.
Resolve failures
Read the specific reason before retrying. Approve or replace missing evidence, correct the input or wait for an available usage allowance as appropriate. If another person saved the section during generation, compare the current version before retrying. Report repeated failures with the proposal and section name.
