Use the proposal workspace to revise each section and keep track of review work. Check the save state before leaving or asking someone to review your changes.
Edit and save
- Open the proposal and select the section you want to revise.
- Edit the text and formatting in the section editor.
- Use Save All to save outstanding edits.
- Check the save state before navigating away. Not saved with a Retry control means the save failed.
The editor keeps unsaved drafts in this browser, but that is not confirmation that the organization has received your changes. A failed save needs attention even when your text remains on screen.
Resolve a competing save
If someone else saved first, compare Your version and Their version. Use Open both when you need to inspect them together, then choose Keep my version or Keep their version after deciding what to preserve. A conflict does not automatically merge two people's text.
Use a section interview
Open the section interview when you want to collect an expert's answers. It presents existing questionnaire questions where available, otherwise starter questions about the section. Choose Voice or Type, answer each question and check any transcript. Use Previous and Next to revise answers, then select Generate Section. Review the generated section back in the proposal. If generation fails, preserve your answers and inspect the current draft before retrying.
Hand work to a reviewer
Check the section's owner, reviewer, due date and next step. Save the current text before sending it for review. Use History to understand prior handoffs, and resolve returned feedback before requesting approval again.
