Export the saved proposal after checking its content, evidence and review status. Inspect the downloaded file before using it as a submission document.
Prepare the draft
Save outstanding edits. Check the RFP deadline, mandatory requirements, evidence links and approval status. Resolve missing or partial coverage and review changed text that has an out-of-date approval.
Export with attachments
- Open Enhanced Export in the proposal.
- Review the Pre-Submission Quality Gate and any submission warnings. Use Re-check to run the check again.
- Choose the export type, Word Document or PDF Document, and under Include Appendices: choose the available attachment options.
- Resolve blocking reasons. Acknowledge only the specific issues you have reviewed and are authorized to accept.
- Select Run Quality Gate & Export, or Export Document after the check has run.
The export dialog offers Word and PDF document formats. Available appendices (Appendix A: Team Member CVs, Appendix B: Project Case Studies and Appendix C: Certifications & Credentials) depend on the proposal's evidence model and selected sources. Where Export financial workbook is offered, it produces an Excel price schedule with its own checks and output requirements; review them before you export.
Check the download
Inspect headings, page breaks, tables, attachments, placeholders and source-sensitive information. A working-draft warning means the file should not be treated as a cleared submission. If export fails, read its reason and fix the underlying issue rather than repeatedly downloading an unchanged draft. Exporting does not deliver the proposal to the buyer.
