Create a proposal from a linked RFP, then review its evidence and draft before submission. Use the proposal workspace to keep writing, requirements and review work together.
Find your proposal
Open Proposals to see the Proposal Pipeline, search with Search proposals... and use All Categories to narrow the list. Open the proposal to inspect its linked RFP, sections and current status. Check the deadline against the buyer's source before planning the remaining work.
Create a response
Select New Proposal and choose the correct RFP. Review the language, business line, template, evidence and section plan. Generate a draft when the inputs are ready, or prepare sections manually. Read the generation result carefully: a created proposal can still have failed or blocked sections.
Finish the work
Assign owners and reviewers, resolve requirement gaps and review the actual text. Save changes before moving to review or export. Record the outcome when the buyer decides so pipeline and analytics views reflect the result. An exported file still needs your final check and submission through the buyer's required channel.
