Use the proposal pipeline, opportunity pipeline and Proposal Manager to keep active work visible. Check deadlines, assignments and recorded outcomes before interpreting progress.
Find and organize proposals
On the proposal pipeline page, use Search proposals... to find the response you need. Switch between Board and List, and choose a category from All Categories to narrow the proposal pipeline. Open a card to work on the proposal. When you move a proposal to won or lost in the proposal pipeline, the outcome dialog lets you record the result and debrief. Record the buyer's actual result before treating the work as decided.
Track opportunities before a proposal
The Pipeline page includes tracked public opportunities and linked RFP work. Use Pursue to open the linked RFP, then Qualify on the tracked item to enter the pursuit workbench. Check source amendments and closing dates before promoting an opportunity into proposal work.
Coordinate delivery
Open Proposal Manager. If you do not see it, your role does not allow it. Review Active Proposals, Upcoming Deadlines, Overdue Items, Unassigned sections and Team Workload. Follow an item to its proposal, section or task to make the needed change. Progress prefers drafted sections and can fall back to completed tasks; it is not a compliance or approval score. Missing progress data remains unknown.
Keep the record current
Open the proposal section to update its assignments and due date. Use the proposal pipeline outcome controls to record the actual outcome and debrief when available. A finished, submitted or No-go pursuit should not be treated as an active overdue bid merely because its old deadline has passed.
