Use Approvals to find proposal review requests and record a decision. Read the actual proposal and feedback before approving it.
Find your request
Open Approvals. Pending is your own review inbox; Approved, Rejected and All show the workspace's matching requests. Read Requested by: and any reviewer feedback, then open the linked proposal and inspect the current draft. Use Refresh if you expect a request that has not appeared.
Approvals appears in the sidebar under Proposal work for every role, so your role never hides it; on a narrow screen, open the navigation menu first. If Pending says You don't have any pending approvals to review, no request is currently assigned to you as reviewer; select All to see the workspace's requests.
Record a decision
On a request assigned to you, select Review, then choose Approve, Request Changes or Reject. Use Add feedback (optional)... to describe what needs to change and where. A missing action can mean you are not the assigned reviewer or the request is no longer pending.
Follow the revision
Return requested changes to the author with actionable feedback. After revision, inspect the current text before another decision. Section handoffs in the proposal workspace maintain their own owners, reviewers and approval freshness; a proposal approval list is not a substitute for checking those section states.
Troubleshooting
If a link shows This approval is not in your list. It may have been decided or reassigned., refresh and check the filters. Ask the requester to confirm the reviewer and proposal instead of creating a duplicate decision.
