Use the analysis to organize the buyer's requirements and response structure. Verify extracted facts against the source documents before relying on them.
Run or refresh analysis
Open the RFP after its documents have been uploaded. Use Analyze with AI when analysis is needed, and wait for AI analysis is running or Extracting text from your documents to finish. A source-text extraction result is not necessarily a completed AI analysis. If usage is unavailable or processing fails, keep the created RFP and address the stated reason.
Check the extracted facts
Read the Overview and Requirements tabs and the evaluation information. Check the title, client, scope and estimated value. Compare the deadline with the source sentence and time zone, especially when you see zone assumed; confirm in the RFP or a difference from a date entered manually. Use Re-read closing date from the document, Use document date or Edit deadline⊠to confirm the correct date instead of silently accepting a changed extraction.
Review the response structure
Inspect the proposed sections, linked criteria and word limits. Distinguish buyer-prescribed limits from suggested targets. Read unassigned-criterion and missing-evidence notices before using the structure to generate a response.
Add missing source material
Use Add Document for missing attachments and amendments. Review the resulting changes before continuing. If a required scoring grid is absent from the tender, analysis cannot create an authoritative one. Use the source notice and support when repeated parsing errors prevent a reliable review.
