Upload and confirm an RFP

Upload the buyer's narrative documents and relevant attachments together.

Upload the buyer's narrative documents and relevant attachments together. Review the extracted details before continuing to qualification or proposal work.

Select the source files

Select Upload RFP on the RFPs page to open Upload New RFP, and add the source documents. Narrative uploads support PDF, DOC, DOCX and TXT. A buyer's XLSX pricing workbook can accompany the narrative; a workbook alone cannot supply narrative analysis. Macro-enabled workbooks are rejected with an explanation.

Review the upload result

  1. Provide the title, client, deadline or estimated value when you know them. Fields marked optional are filled from the analysis when left blank.
  2. Start the upload and wait for its result.
  3. Review the extracted fields and correct them against the original notice.
  4. Check the closing time and displayed time zone, then select Confirm & continue.

A duplicate notice can identify the same document on another RFP without blocking this upload. Decide whether it belongs to the current opportunity before continuing.

Handle incomplete analysis

A stored RFP can still have queued extraction, queued analysis, incomplete analysis or exhausted AI allowance. Read the status before uploading another copy. Open the created RFP and retry the appropriate analysis when ready. For file-size or format rejection, follow the displayed limit and provide a supported source; the browser's accepted file is not a guarantee that server validation will accept it.
