Bid Intelligence brings the RFP, historical contract evidence and bid strategy into one report. Use it to prepare a bid decision and identify assumptions your team needs to check.
Run a report from an RFP
- Open the RFP and its Intelligence tab after the source document has been parsed.
- Select Run Bid Intelligence and keep the tab open while the report is computed.
- Read the computation date and any notice that the RFP inputs changed.
- Select Re-run when you want a new report using the current inputs.
Returning to the tab loads the stored report. An explicit run or refresh starts computation; opening the tab does not spend another report allowance.
Read the client brief
Select Client brief to download the client edition. Read it alongside the source RFP before sharing it. The brief requires a current stored report that passes its integrity checks. If The client brief is not ready appears, read the reasons. Use Refresh the report when the dialog calls for a refresh, then try the brief again.
Read the full report
Use Intelligence for the opportunity and historical evidence, and Strategy for the bid strategy. Read insufficient-data and degraded-component notices as gaps in the evidence. The full report includes findings that can require review before the team relies on them. The Black Hat tab runs a separate competitor simulation for a selected proposal.
Price guidance and how it is built
Read Pricing model: bottom-up estimate for roles, staffing, hours and rates, followed by overhead, profit and any other included costs. In Recommended Pricing Posture, review the disclosed award values and evaluation method behind the indicative bid band. Review the pricing anchors, confidence explanation and assumptions. Compare scope and contract term before treating a historical award as comparable. Validate the estimate against the buyer's pricing form, delivery cost, approved rates, risk allowance and minimum margin before approving a bid.
Monthly allowance and the Intelligence add-on
Without Intelligence access, trial organizations receive 5 reports per month and other organizations receive 1 report per month. The allowance uses calendar months in UTC. Successful new computations consume allowance; failed runs and PDF exports do not consume an additional report. Intelligence access removes this report allowance limit. It can come from the add-on, granted access, or an Enterprise subscription. The add-on is CAD 499 per month billed monthly, or CAD 399 per month billed annually.
Export the report as PDF
- Generate the report on the RFP page first.
- Choose Client brief, Full report, or 2-page snapshot.
- Wait for the download to finish before starting another export.
If the client brief is blocked, address its stated reasons. A full report may still include integrity findings that need review.
Troubleshooting
If the RFP has not been parsed, upload its source or trigger parsing on the RFP page. A monthly limit message means the organization has used its report allowance. If computation fails, retry; open a support ticket if the error repeats. A report marked with changed inputs remains available to read, but refresh it before exporting the client brief.
