Use Government RFPs to find public opportunities and keep useful searches. Check each opportunity's original notice before deciding to pursue it.
Browse government RFPs
Open Government RFPs and review the listed notices. Select View to open the source notice and confirm its deadline, amendments and submission instructions. Use Refresh in Saved Searches or Daily Digest to reload that panel.
Filter and search
Enter terms in Search Keywords, then select Search. Narrow broad terms with more specific service or subject words. Results must contain every word you enter. Type OR between alternative words, put a minus sign before a word to exclude it (for example -residential), and use quotation marks for an exact phrase. Review the results before saving the query so that an overly broad search does not fill your digest with unrelated notices.
Save a search
- Run the query you want to keep.
- Select Save Search.
- Open Saved Searches to run it again with Run, or remove it with Delete.
Get digests
Saving a search enables its daily digest. Review the Daily Digest panel for recent matches. The daily job looks for newly posted matches since the previous digest window. Delivery also depends on your notification preferences. A saved search with no new matches may not produce an email. Use Run to check the full current result set.
Start a pursuit from an opportunity
On Government RFPs, select Import on a listed notice, or Import to RFP in the Daily Digest, to open the new RFP form with the notice's title, buyer, deadline and link filled in. Add the source documents so the RFP can be analyzed, and verify the buyer's current documents before generating proposal content. To track an opportunity before you create an RFP, use Track opportunity on a suggested opportunity in Pipeline. A tracked item offers Pursue to create and open the linked RFP; once an RFP is linked, it offers Qualify to open the pursuit workbench and Open RFP â.
