Record a Go or No-Go decision

Use the strategic assessment to organize evidence for a bid decision.

Use the strategic assessment to organize evidence for a bid decision. Record your own rationale and conditions after reviewing the analysis.

Prepare the assessment

Open the RFP's Go / No-Go tab after reviewing its source and requirements. Enter the known competitive and client context. Select Run APMP Analysis to produce an assessment, then read its date and any stale-analysis notice.

Evaluate the evidence

Review the recommendation, confidence, mandatory requirements and No-Go Triggers Detected notices. Check scoring evidence, teaming gaps, risks, capacity and return assumptions. An unverified requirement is not a passed condition. A win-probability estimate is decision support, not a promise of the buyer's result.

Record the decision

Use Make Your Decision to enter a rationale and choose GO, CONDITIONAL GO, NEEDS REVIEW or NO-GO. For a conditional decision, record the conditions, responsible people and deadlines, then select Confirm Conditional Go. Explain what must change before committing further effort.

Revisit when facts change

Review the decision after an amendment, staffing change or new evidence. Keep the rationale aligned with the current opportunity and use the briefing export buttons to share the reviewed assessment with decision-makers.
