Keep company information current before generating proposals and buyer forms. Review imported or generated information before saving it as an organization fact.
Update contact information
Open Settings, then Organization. Review Company Name, Website, Phone, Contact Email, Address and the company logo. Select Save Organization when your role permits editing. If the page is read-only, your role does not allow editing; ask someone who can edit to make the correction.
Complete the company profile
Open Company Profile in the sidebar for detailed company information, capabilities, certifications, personnel and financial information. Work through the Basic Info, Company Details, Capabilities, Certifications, Key Personnel and Financial & Insurance tabs, save changes and inspect the result. Check dates and evidence for certifications. If you use Import from Website, verify the result against current company records instead of accepting the extraction unchanged.
Link your public company identity
Use Company name (as it appears on government contracts) in the Organization tab to resolve the correct vendor identity for public contract information. Check similarly named organizations carefully. This match supports views such as your own contract book; it does not prove that every public record is complete.
Set service-specific context
Use Business Lines for service-area profiles and evidence links. Keep those profiles consistent with the company-wide facts. The setup route leads to onboarding when initial setup still needs attention.
