Use Settings to maintain your account and inspect organization configuration. Some controls depend on your role, plan or enabled features.
Update your account
Open Settings and use General to review Personal Information. Select Save Profile and check the result before leaving. Select Organization to open company details, and select Team to open the team page.
Review plan and usage
Open Billing and inspect Plan usage. Read the current allowance and included or contracted seats. If you see Usage could not be loaded right now., a missing usage response is not the same as zero usage. Contact support if a plan or payment restriction is unclear.
Set up two-step verification
In General, select Two-step verification to open the Security page, where you manage an Authenticator app and Recovery codes. Follow the enrollment or verification prompts and store new recovery codes safely. Replacing a method or selecting Generate new codes requires careful review of the confirmation. Two-step verification is required for the administrator, manager and proposal lead roles, and an organization can require it for every member. Privileged actions may ask you to verify again.
Sign in with single sign-on
SAML single sign-on is an assisted pilot on the Enterprise plan. It is not a self-serve feature: ProposalForge sets it up with you, registering your identity provider and the people it may sign in. Password sign-in stays available alongside it. Directory provisioning and group mapping are not available. To discuss your identity provider and rollout timing, contact ProposalForge support.
Inspect history or export data
In General, select Audit logs to open Audit Logs, then filter recorded activity by Action Type, Resource Type, Status and Date Range. The export controls on that page reflect the selected view. Use the Data export tab for a complete organization export. If you do not see that tab, your role does not allow it. Read each operation's status before assuming it completed.
