Invite a person using the email address they will use to join your organization. Choose the access that fits their work, and confirm whether the invitation email was sent.
Send an invitation
- Open Team and select Invite Member.
- Enter Email Address and set Role.
- Select Send Invitation.
- Read the result. Invitation Sent means the email was sent; Invitation Created means the invitation exists but the email could not be delivered automatically, so share the invite link yourself.
If you do not see Invite Member, your role does not allow it. Do not repeatedly invite the same person just because email delivery was delayed.
If you reach the user limit
Your plan sets how many users your organization can have, and a seat limit message appears when you reach it. If the message names your plan, upgrade your plan to invite more people. If your organization's contract sets the number of users, contact ProposalForge to add more.
You can also free a seat by removing a member who no longer needs access: select Remove next to the member on the Team page. A removed member loses access at once, and their proposals, comments and history stay in place. A suspended member still counts toward the limit. If you do not see Remove, your role does not allow it.
Follow up
Check Pending Invitations for the recipient, role and expiry. Use Send Reminder when it is available; a recently sent reminder may temporarily disable another one. Where offered, use Show invite link or Copy Link to retrieve the invitation link and share it only with the intended recipient.
Confirm they joined
After acceptance, check the member list and assign their proposal work. If the invitation expired or its role is wrong, resolve the pending invitation before sending a replacement.
