Choose an asset or capability record type

Choose a type that describes the evidence you are storing.

Choose a type that describes the evidence you are storing. A useful title and correct classification help people assess the source before using it.

Choose an upload type

The upload picker offers CV / Resume, Project Sheet, Past Proposal, Certificate, Boilerplate, Call Transcript and Other. Use CV / Resume for a person's experience, Project Sheet for a specific engagement, and Certificate for dated qualification evidence. Use Boilerplate for reusable narrative and Other when a more specific type does not fit.

Review the content

After upload, inspect the extracted text and metadata. Check names, dates, qualifications and project scope against the source document. Keep résumés and pricing information confidential. Classification alone does not prove that a credential is current or a person is available.

Maintain structured capability evidence

Open Capability Library in the sidebar for structured corporate credentials, operational capability, workforce, training, policy, equipment, reference-contract and named-person records where offered. Record the evidence, owner and relevant effective or expiry dates. Review the lifecycle status before reusing a record: draft, in review, approved, expired and retired have different meanings. Use the supported record fields rather than treating an uploaded file as a completed structured record.
