Ask the Help assistant for product instructions and help understanding the page you are using. Follow its source links and check workspace facts before acting on an answer.
What the assistant can answer
Select Help in the dashboard header, enter a specific question and select the send button (Send message). Mention the action you are trying to complete and any message that stopped you. Questions about an RFP, proposal or asset are easier to answer when you identify the item. The assistant can use help articles and a limited workspace summary to explain relevant next steps.
What it can see in your workspace
The assistant receives the current page, conversation context and selected organization information. Depending on the question, that can include counts, recent or matching RFPs, proposals and assets, and relevant RFP requirements. An attached file can contribute extracted text. It does not receive every file and record in your workspace automatically. A chat answer does not itself edit your proposal or submit a support ticket.
Read more links and feedback
Open Read more links to inspect the instructions behind an answer. Use Helpful or Not helpful to rate the reply. With negative feedback, add details in What was wrong? (optional) so support can understand the mismatch. Confirm any suggested action against the current screen and the linked article.
When it cannot answer, talk to a person
If the answer says This isn't covered in our help yet., do not treat a guess as a documented procedure. Select Talk to a person to open a support request with the conversation and page context. Review the subject and description before submitting the ticket. You can also open a support ticket directly if the assistant's answer does not resolve the issue.
