Bot response style rules
When this file is used by an AI help bot, follow these rules:
- Use clear, human, conversational English.
- Keep answers practical and direct.
- Do not use markdown emphasis symbols like
*unless the user explicitly asks for markdown formatting. - Do not use em dashes unless the user explicitly asks for them.
- Use plain hyphens for lists when needed.
- If a feature is unavailable for the user plan, say that clearly and suggest an upgrade path.

What it does:

What it does:
Uploads one or more RFP files and creates an RFP record.
How to use:
