This TA is for the provision of professional services to the DPM3 CMP Portfolio as described in Case Management Platform (CMP) Prime SI Contract for Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. The scope of the TA across Strategy and Discovery phases includes: The Tranche 2 Strategy phase will validate and refine the Tranche 2 solution product vision and objectives and document how features and capabilities are established and evolved to support all personas and lines of business in the Tranche 2 roadmap. Additionally, Change Management services are required to support IRCC in developing, implementing, and maintaining change management plans, including monitoring and measurement of change metrics and mitigating potential change collisions.
