The Digital Platform Modernization Phase 3 (DPM3) Programme is divided into four Tranches, with Tranche 1 implementing a Client Experience Platform (CXP) and Tranche 2 delivering the initial implementation of the Case Management Platform (CMP). Among the initiatives included in Tranche 2 are the delivery of foundational enterprise data platform capabilities to support partner integrations and case processing while safely testing innovative, future-ready case processing capabilities and implement Permanent Resident Expression of Interest (PR EE EOI) in production. These elements will enable the future scaling to other lines of business in future tranches. Given the evolving integration timelines and dependency on the front end CXP readiness, it is necessary to establish a backend automation foundation to enable early validation of data integrity, business rules, and integration payloads. This foundation is designed to be scalable and adaptable to future needs. This TA introduces a reusable automation library, designed as a modular Python-based validation library, to support integration validation for the four confirmed HIP interfaces and enable scalable automation reuse across CMP and CXP. This approach reduces integration testing risk, minimizes duplication of validation logic, accelerates automation readiness for subsequent phases, reduces delivery risk and minimizes rework.
