Purpose
Provide funding to provinces and territories (PTs) to target shared health priorities: Working Together Priorities: expanding access to family health services; supporting health workers and reducing backlogs; improving access to quality mental health, substance use and addictions services; and modernizing the health care system with standardized information and digital tools. Aging with Dignity: to help people age with dignity, closer to home by improving access to home and community care, and safe long-term care.
