Purpose
The project will support the development of land to enable housing and essential services. The project will install new drinking water and wastewater infrastructure to open approximately 26 hectares of land for development, including Inuit Owned Land and municipal lands. Additionally, the project will support mixed-use development, including 900 housing units as well as commercial space, helping address housing needs and support economic opportunities in the community.
