Purpose
The objective of this project is to maintain and improve the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization's (PAACO) certified Canadian Feedlot Animal Care Assessment (Assurance) Standard and its associated PAACO Certified Auditor Training Program as well as to encourage implementation and certification of this animal health and welfare standard in feedlots across Canada and to ensure consistency with similar feedlot welfare standards across North America for trade.
