The requirement is for one Senior Strategic Learning Advisor services to support Professional Development (PD) activities of the Sustainment Initiative (SI). Specifically, the Sustainment Initiative PD activities consist of developing and delivering PD products in support of the sustainment PD strategy, in view of leveraging on good practices and enabling changes in organizational culture and individual behaviours in matters of sustainment and procurement or contracting. The target audience spans across DND, PWGSC and ISED, which means that PD products must cater to the different needs of the respective departments.
