The services required from the Senior Project Leader/Executive in support of the Director General Land Equipment Program Management (DGLEPM) contract review activities primarily involve assisting DGLEPM personnel in the development and implementation of an equipment management framework or contracting approach that reflects today's best practices in commercial and military land equipment/system sustainment. These services will be primarily delivered in Gatineau at the various locations where DGLEPM staff are located.
