The department has a requirement for the provision of specialized Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support services for the all the department’s Microsoft products. The contractor will provide technical support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to the department’s information technology service team to troubleshoot issues, develop software patches and provide system updates to ensure that there are no service interruptions to the system. This contract supports the department’s delivery of its core mandate and contributes to the department’s data modernization strategy
