Cape Breton Highlands National Park - The goal of this project is to rebuild Parks Canada infrastructure that has been impacted by extreme weather. Consulting work shall generally consist of a detailed and careful assessment of the damage to assets and provision of the traditional range of professional engineering (and related disciplines) services including: surveying and assessment reporting, schematic design and reporting, detailed design, and bidding documents. The Consultant as Prime Consultant shall provide Subconsultant services required for the work.
