DND, through Directorate of Pension Policy and Social Programs (DPSP), requires benchmarking services to capture performance measures relevant to the pension administration processes of Canadian Armed Forces Pension Plan (CAFPP), associated systems, and organization structure. These performance measures are required to make better business decisions relating to pension administration service improvements. The goals of this benchmarking work are improved member satisfaction, increased confidence in service delivery, and improved understanding of our comparison to industry standards.
