Purpose
The residence has been welcoming customers with reduced mobility for many years but in a very limited and punctual way, the center not being entirely adapted to the needs of this clientele. The scope of the work will consist of : The installation of an exterior access ramp to make the building accessible, in a compliant manner, to all persons with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. The installation of all required door opening systems. The addition of 8 rooms (6 rooms for individuals using walkers or walkers + 2 rooms for individuals in wheelchairs), for a maximum total of 13 beds. The addition of 6 bathrooms/showers (4 bathrooms + 2 Italian bathrooms/showers for individuals in wheelchairs). The addition of a new laundry room adapted for all clients with reduced mobility.
