Purpose
The Salvation Army - Harbour Light CRF contributes to CSC’s corporate priorities and Mission by providing suitable and appropriate care for offenders. This project covers the construction phases of the CRF-re-development of a new facility that will continue to accommodate 48 beds (as per the current contract) across 2 floors of the new 9 floor building. The general construction phases of the CRF-re-development of a new facility will involve all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, demolition, site prep work, installations, materials, services, and testing.
