Purpose
The project will upgrade the West End Wastewater Treatment Plant to support population and housing growth in the west service area. The upgrades will enable up to 3,667 housing units and support sustainable community growth. Additionally, the project will improve treatment processes and operational efficiency to ensure compliance with environmental standards and protect receiving waters in the Great Lakes system.
