Purpose
The objective of this project is Canadian Pacific Kazunoko Association's to continue to help herring roe (Kazunoko) processors maintain and expand the Japanese market, while gradually diversifying in the Chinese market in order to gain direct sales. This will allow the B.C. herring roe to continue to play a vital role in delivering benefits to coastal communities, fishermen and plant workers.
