Purpose
The objective of this project will increase consumers’ awareness of agriculture and Canadian-grown foods and promote engaging conversations about how food is grown in Canada. It is focusing specifically on the target audiences of dietitians, chefs and culinary educators, and nutrition and culinary students. Activities include undertaking speaking presentations, farm tours, podcasts and online course development.
