Purpose
This 45-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources management, board governance, strategic planning, partnerships, collaboration and networking, developing a claims strategy, implementation of results-based management, and developing a knowledge transfer mechanism.
