Purpose

The project proposed will support best practices and research by connecting and supporting national community of cybersecurity trainers to provide and promote cybersecurity for all Canadians using knowledge transfer and public awareness to address existing knowledge gaps by bringing new knowledge to the general public. The network will support best practices and research through the facilitation of cybersecurity stakeholders discussion-group, training, workshop and teleconference activities and publications, and using public awareness, outreach, and a development platform to engage subject matter experts in the updates and improvement of existing cybersecurity training content, references and links in support of cybersecurity trainers to more effectively use the tools already available, and make the content more easily transferable to a broader audience.
