Purpose

Through a community mapping exercise of existing resources a redefined HUB structure will be better able to respond to youth and families issues in Fort Albany. The goals of the project include: Identifying and addressing some of the barriers affecting the successful implementation of the HUB; Providing training and learning opportunities; Developing and strengthening working relationships and Building capacity and developing tools, resources, and best practices for Hub implementation and delivery.
