St. Theresa Point First Nation

Purpose

This project will allow St. Theresa Point to focus on the continuation of work towards a safer community. It will entail hiring a coordinator to implement formal processes of the identified priority areas of the Safety Plan. The focus would be to identify, develop and ensure community engagement around the plan. The project will support capacity building through training, knowledge development and dissemination and activities that will support readiness and capacity to move forward with Safety Plan implementation. The key partners will be the core group mobilized by the Safety Plan.
