Purpose
This contribution supports the development of grasslands carbon stock and flux data in a selection of national parks across Canada. This work will address knowledge gaps and contribute to a better understanding of grassland carbon. This project will include analysis of soil data collected from Grasslands National Park, field sampling of relevant soil attribute data for up to an additional 3 national parks, and modeling of carbon stocks and fluxes for grassland areas across all selected parks.
