Purpose
This contribution supports the planning, detailed design, and implementation of trail improvements between the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and Rouge National Urban Park. The goal for this project is to increase off-road trail connectivity to Rouge National Urban Park from the Downtown Whitchurch-Stouffville area.
