Purpose
This project aims to deliver a six-week counselling and psychoeducation program for individuals affected by sexual misconduct in the wider Defence community. It seeks to broaden available support services through individual and group counselling, peer support groups, in-person and online therapy, advocacy programs, and system navigation. The project also includes outreach efforts through partnerships with local legions and radio stations to raise awareness, and collaboration with other community organizations such as Avalon Sexual Assault Centre and the Cumberland County Sexual Health Center to enhance service delivery. This project is delivered in English.
