Purpose
The design will include a separated cycling facility between Davenport Road and University Avenue. This design project will provide a “shovel-ready” project for future grant opportunities. Once designed and built, this project will provide the following community benefits: Safer connections to the broader city active transportation network for active commuting and recreational trips, providing equity to all active users including vulnerable persons, persons with disabilities, children and low income families.
