Purpose
The objective of this project is to acquire kitchen equipment, including small appliances, a commercial stove, pots, pans and other cooking equipment, utensils, storage equipment (shelves, airtight containers), cooking equipment, maintenance and hygiene material (seal, mop, thermometer, etc.) and labour associated with planning purchases, monitoring needs, and optimizing resources and skills in hygiene and sanitation.
