Statistics Canada requires the services of an Investigator. The goal of this investigation is to examine the former Statistics Canada employee’s allegations as reported in the occurrence; to determine whether the occurrence or series of occurrences meets the definition of “work place harassment and violence”; to determine the root causes of the occurrences(s) and to make recommendations to prevent further occurrences of work place harassment and violence, if the investigation determines that harassment and violence occurred.
