Contract Description: The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is in the preliminary stages of developing a new Embassy at the World Trade Center complex in San Salvador, El Salvador. The project consists of a full construction fit-up of an office space of approximately 480 m2. DFATD will be seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for this project. LEED is an international symbol of sustainability excellence and green building leadership.
