Solicitation trail

This is an annual Oracle Main Support 1 Year Maintenance Renewal from February 29, 2024 to March 31, 2025 based on CFIA's current license holdings. This procurement is done and the prices are based on the existing SLSA agreement EN578-100808-058-EE. Oracle has IP Rights to their Software and the GoC would have IP Rights to anything created, managed or stored on licensed Oracle Software. There's no alternative sources of supply, Oracle has IP rights on all their software and the only supplier that can provide this maintenance , security and bug patching on their software.
