The department manages several official social media accounts through which they provide answers to questions from Clients. To modernize response and information sharing the department has invested in developing and operating a Chatbot Solution (CS); which has answered 140,000 questions (60,000 of which were answered by the (CS) during a recent testing period. This requirement will try to replicate the current success on a larger scale via integration with the department’s website. The department expects to be able to communicate through a variety of media, including cost-effective options and innovative technologies via the deliverables of this requirement.
